Task
In this challenge, you will investigate a process that involves phase changes and make a video to describe how it happens.

1. Choose a Topic. Possible topics are listed below but you are not limited to these topics. If you choose your own topic, make sure it involves phase changes.
- Legos
- Taffy
- Popping Popcorn
- Glass Blowing
- Jello
- Licorice

2. Research. Find out how this process occurs. What states of matter are involved and how do those substances change states? What happens to the particles involved when they change phases?
​
3. Create a Video. Make a video that shows how the process occurs. This can be a 'live' video, an animation, or a voice-over presentation. Just make sure to include all of the required components as outlined in the rubric below.
